Delegates arrive
Delegates to make their own travel arrangements. They can arrive at the villa at any time from 9am onwards. Come early and enjoy the facilities at your own pace. Food is not catered for today but we can arrange for food delivery!
17 April
Introduction to your AI consulting platform
7am - 8am Morning exercise.
8am - 9am Breakfast.
9.30am - 11am You will be introduced to your AI consulting platform, what it can do for you, how you can use it, and what results it can produce.
11am - 12noon Self discovery of the platform
12noon - 2pm Lunch and own time
2pm - 4pm Mock consultation 1. Here is where you will use the platform to consult for one of your course mates. One will play the role of consultant and the other of client.
4pm - 5pm Debrief
5pm - 7pm Own time
7pm - 8pm Dinner
8pm - 10pm Mock consultation 2. In this second mock consultation, roles are switched where the consultant in Session 1 will play client and client in Session 1 will play consultant

Upsizing your Consulting Practice
7am - 8am Morning exercise.
8am - 9am Breakfast.
9.00am - 11.00am You will do the 5DGM Assessment for successful coaching. This assessment shows your growth mindset tendencies and how they impact on your ability to run a successful consulting practice.
11.00am - 12noon Consulting on the growth mindset with 5DGM Creator, Ian Dyason
12noon - 2pm Lunch and own time
2pm - 3.30pm Your business design. We pick up from Day 1 and dive into the business design, looking in how you can level up consulting practice.
3.30pm - 4.30pm Upsizing your consulting practice
4.30pm - 7pm Own time
7pm - 8pm Dinner
8pm - 10pm Sharing your upsized consulting model. In this session, you will share what you have planned earlier and receive direct feedback from program facilitators.

11.00am - 12noon Mapping your own Session that Sells script, linking it to the business design that you created in Day 2.

2pm - 4pm Practice your own Session that Sells on your buddies. Get feedback.
